CybEthix, a cybersecurity services company building AI models and agents for security education and operations.

The ask

A technical partner. Not one application — a development capability. They had the security domain expertise and the product ideas; they needed an engineering team that could turn them into shipped software repeatedly.

What discovery found

Their constraint was throughput, not knowledge. Deep security expertise sat with a team that couldn't productise it at the pace their market moved, and hiring an in-house engineering function would have cost more time than the opportunity allowed.

What we recommended

A partnership model rather than a project. Zyphex operates as their development backbone across the product line — they supply the security logic and domain expertise, we own architecture, build and delivery — so new products can be launched without rebuilding a team each time.

What we built

Applications and multiple SaaS products across their portfolio, with Zyphex embedded through the full development cycle. Engagement began November 2025, with the first delivery cycle completing end of January 2026 and the partnership ongoing. Product specifics are covered by NDA.

The hardest call

Working as the backbone of someone else's product line means building for a roadmap you don't control. We standardised architecture and delivery patterns across their products from the start rather than optimising each build in isolation — slower on the first product, materially faster on every one after it.

An ongoing partnership across multiple products, with Zyphex as their standing engineering function. DefendersConnect came out of this relationship.
