The ask

Reduce diagnostic error caused by incomplete information. In markets without unified national health records, a clinician often sees a patient's current complaint with no reliable view of what came before.

What discovery found

The failure mode isn't clinician competence — it's fragmentation. Prior surgeries, allergies, blood work and treatment history sit across unconnected systems and paper, so a doctor reasons from a partial record under time pressure. Any tool that adds analysis without first solving the record problem adds noise.

What we recommended

Build the longitudinal record first, then the intelligence on top of it. The system's value comes from reasoning against a patient's verified history — not from generating interpretations of an isolated symptom.

What we built

A clinical platform holding complete patient history — medical records, surgical history, allergies, blood and diagnostic results — with analysis that surfaces relevant prior history and flags correlations between presenting symptoms and a patient's documented record, as decision support for the treating clinician. Deployed per hospital or diagnostic client and customised to their workflow under each contract, with Zyphex as ongoing technical partner.

The hardest call

Deciding what the system does not do. It surfaces evidence from the patient's own record and its correlation with presenting symptoms; it does not substitute for clinical judgement, and every output is anchored to documented history rather than generated inference. That restraint is the product.
